Article Abstract
Although rupture of an intra-abdominal aneurysm is usually associated with abdominal pain and hypotension, contained ruptures may present with less dramatic clinical findings such as a pulsatile abdominal mass. This report describes a patient in whom femoral neuropathy,in conjunction with an ipsilateral psoas sign, was the initial presentation of a contained rupture of an iliac aneurysm.
